30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To submit a request, please email yexrecovery.support@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos or video (if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect)
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Not working as intended
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund
We may request photo or video evidence to assess the issue.
Change of Mind or General Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
In most cases, we do not require the item to be returned before issuing a refund. However, YexRecovery reserves the right to request additional information (such as photos, videos, or further details) before approving a refund.
Returns
We do not generally require customers to return items for standard refund requests.
If a return is specifically requested and approved:
- Return instructions provided by us must be followed
- The item must be returned in the requested condition
- Unauthorised returns may not be accepted
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements may not be provided if:
- An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
- The parcel was refused or not collected
- Delivery instructions were not followed
- The parcel was not collected from the carrier or local post office
- The item has been misused, damaged, or altered after delivery
- The request is made more than 30 days after delivery
- Tracking confirms successful delivery and no supporting evidence is provided
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Before contacting us, please check:
- Around your property
- With neighbours or household members
- With your local delivery carrier
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for items marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
